Posted by cnolan on 3/26/2010 12:33:00 PM I got this battery in the mail yesterday, charged the battery up until the light was green (on the charger it came with), . . attached it to my HF20, and the meter said there was only 170minutes, . . . on those pics it shows 298 minutes.
should i get the same amount of time for a new full charge?

Replied by LA Color Shop Sometimes Li-ion battery needs a few cycles (deplete-recharge) to slowly get back to it's maximum capacity. Please give it a try first. If it still doesn't give you good amount of work time, we can arrange an exchange or refund back to you. Thanks

Replied by LA Color Shop Hi, this battery is the same size and dimension as the original Canon battery. It functions just like the stock battery that you can charge it with your camera. But it's always recommended to get a separate charger as you can only charge the battery with the camera when the camera is not in use.

I can't find nowhere the dimensions of the original battery but I trust it really is the same size and so will fit into my underwater housing?

At the last check out screen, you can select standard shipping or express shipping and see the associated shipping cost. Paypal will accept credit cards from other countries. Yes I know it's clearly indicated but I cannot find anywhere on web the dimension of the original canon battery and therefor can only trust it is really the same size as you said to your other client. Housing manufacturer says the original one fits in.
