Warranty

Batteries and chargers come with 1 year limited warranty. Used items are sold as-is. If you have any questions regarding warranty item and terms, feel free to contact us.

Same Day Shipping

It's not a guarantee but we'll try! For orders received by 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time, items will be shipped out on the same day Monday through Friday. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Used Items

All products are brand new. There are occasionally used items listed in the store. For used items, the word "(Used)" will be appended to the end of the item name. For example, "Canon VL-10Li On-Camera Video Light (Used)". Used items are sold as-in.

Payment Method

We accepts Paypal and other popular credit cards. Payment is handled through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still continue to check out through Paypal using the following credit cards. Click the link on the left of the Paypal login box saying, "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"

Shipping Address

If you need to specify a different shipping address, please send us an email at info@lacolorshop.com after you checked out. Also includes the order number in the email.

International Shipping

We ship items worldwide using United States Priority Mail (Standard International Shipping) or Global Express Mail EMS (International Express Mail). The destination country customs office might withhold package for inspection after the package arrived. Sometimes the withholding can take up to 2 weeks.

Tracking Number

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders for both Standard and Express shipping.

Return Policy

L.A. Color Shop offers a 7-day return policy. 15% restock fee may be applied to open items.
