Test Shooting using Cam Caddie

Testing the demo unit of the Cam Caddie Universal Camera Stablizer.

We are given a demo unit of the Cam Caddie. I invited Carmini and Jessia to be our model to shoot some footage using it.

The Cam Caddie does not work the same way as those expensive Steadicams. But with the price 1/10 of steadicam, the Cam Caddie could be a good choice with budgeted filming and as camera handle. I also notice with the way it designs, Cam Caddie works better when angle up.







I also tried shooting some footage with the bare camera without Cam Caddie. The result is very shaky and amaturish.

Posted by Dan Dan on 12/9/2009 8:08:00 PM I use the Cam Caddie and I think it’s a great stabilizer. I purchased the cam caddie Scorpion a few months ago and have gotten incredible results. One of the reasons I love this Camera handle is its compact design and its ability to work with virtually any camera. It gives you a solid platform to operate the camera and allows you to get a smooth steady shot. I bought mine for just under $65.
